This 80,000 SF office building and show-room for Lifetime Brands was a previously a Butler building housing a manufacturing and warehouse concern.  The slab and roof and two exterior walls were all that remained of the original building before the new EIFS exterior with a new glass entry vestibule were added.  The renovation included a new 18,000 showroom for Lifetime Brands household products, with special energy efficient display lighting systems.
