This was a 40-unit housing proposal with a developer for the conversion of the old Chatham Main Street School to an elderly housing facility.  The school would be renovated as housing units, and would retain its landmark position on Main Street.  The new large addition is designed to provide a new center to the building and echo the school with a symmetrical wing.  The site was designed to maximize parking for the adjacent summer league baseball field.
