This study illustrated alternative development strategies for this existing industrial/office park. A strong landscape concept, of a 60' building set-back created a park setting for future development. The plan illustrated how several very large-scale corporate users could be accommodated in the park. These buildings could have been later sub-divided to multi-tenant users, through the use of multiple entries.
