Grand Circle Travel is a mail order / telesales travel company with 250 employees. Project involved renovations of 60,000 sf of interior space including new building plumbing, HVAC and energy management systems. The project was completed in five phases while Grand Circle Travel occupied the building. Bold travel themes define each floor of the building and contribute to the company's unique character.
