This two story walk-up project was HUD-financed, and built by a local developer. John LaFreniere was the project manager for this project in 1982 while at ADD Inc. Each of 4 buildings had 8 one-bedroom units on two floors, and met HUD’s comprehensive design standards. The simple traditional detailing helped to blend these buildings into the small scale neighborhood.
