Five years of expansions of this national firm took them from 65,000 SF to more than 250,000.   Projects included two 15,000 SF datacenters with back-up power, Inergen fire-protection systems and special structural design to distribute weights safely in these 100-year old mill buildings.  Renovations to buildings included 45,000 SF sales floors, multifunction office floors and special conference, meeting and training rooms and expansions to the heart of the company, the “monster den”.
