This 120,000 square foot two-story building was designed as a stepped form to reduce the apparent size of this large footprint. The two story design responds to the sloping topography by stepping the north half of the building up the hill. The horizontal pattern and matching color of the roof-top mechanical equipment screens visually blends with the building massing, and reinforces the buildings integration with the topography. Two formal entrances maximizes the tenant exposure to the public, while allowing future sub-division to multiple tenant use.
