This site plan was refined and developed by John LaFreniere while a principal at ADD Inc.  The 50 acre site was first developed with simple two story buildings and on-grade parking.  As land values increased, the larger buildings were designed with structured parking.  The original master plan of a simple loop road, with landscaped borders and buildings close to the road, foresaw this development and made it possible.
