The 4000 SF space for this rehabilitation center was basement space under this existing nursing home.  A separate entrance, elevator and stair were added to provide independent access to this out-patient facility.  Included in the center was a therapeutic pool with an underwater camera system, a simulated life-style occupational therapy facility, physical therapy and training areas, and a nursing and examination rooms.  This facility was designed to support the needs of the nursing home and to operate independently.
