The original kitchen, pantry and laundry of this house were integrated into a single large kitchen. The new bay window of this room echoes that of the study, and enhances the view of the house from the garden. The existing terrace was extended along the full back of the house, and new stairs link it with the lawn below. The resulting design creates an intimate relation between the house and the generous garden.
